Our
work is fundamentally centred on the reception and commercialisation
of raw material of the fishing, for its later selection, manipulated,
packaged and commercialization in diverse presentations and varieties.
Being the following the basic lines depending on the different
used products:

Commercialization
of alive products, after the opportune previous treatment
of cleaning, purification, selection and packaging.
- Commercialization of freezing products, after the
mentioned previous phases previously, all it without transformation
nor heat treatments or of another type, except for the own
cold for its freezing.
- Commercialization of cooked in fresh, for its immediate
positioning in the market and relative consumption in brief
term.
- Commercialization of freezing cooked product, with
identical qualities that the previous ones, but destined
to extend the terms of conservation for a later consumption.
- Elaborated product commercialization (prepared plates),
taking as base the same raw material than in the previous
cases, but according to determined prescriptions or "tastes"
by zones of consumption. |

Services:
Certain
lines of products, mainly the line of freezing and prepared
plates have important implantation in channels of sale outside
Spain, fundamentally France, the USA and Sweden.
